When military fashion as a trend started to move away from the decorated and into the understated, it didn’t mean all your military regalia had to be put to bed for good. There’s a new balance: understate the clothing and you can still jazz up the accessories, like a classic great coat adorned with badges, or an army shirt dotted with insignia. The key is to give the Sgt Pepper details a rest for a while and come up with your own inventive takes.
