Dear Michael Kors: simply putting Abbey Lee Kershaw on your runway would have been enough to make my heart (and many others) go bumpety-bump. But going to the added effort of putting her in a pair of undies, a low v-neck jumper, knee-high socks and slouchy suede boots – that was just plain cruel.
