Ombre beauty: Olivia Palermo

Olivia Palermo has that ability to flit between nonchalant and carefully polished, though never goes too extreme on either. This outfit is definitely more to the polished side: black and nude and belted and sheer, it’s a perfect fit for the Valentino couture show she’d just attended when this photo was snapped by Candice Lake. Most subtly striking, though, is her hair. The softly blended Balayage through the ends catches the light and works perfectly with her complexion.

If you’re going to go for an Ombre / Balayage look this is a great way to go right now: so subtle it barely looks deliberate at all.
