There were a few beautiful Marilyn-esque moments on the LMFF L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival catwalk on Wednesday, and for any snapper quick enough to catch them they were there for the taking. But those moments were rare, and for the most part the models were battling it out against gale-force winds in what was not an easy task. Floaty dresses and free-flowing hair gave the wind ample of opportunity to cause mischief. For the most part the models managed to keep their cool and carry on.

Wayne Cooper, Christensen Copenhagen, Third Millennium, Dizingof and Cactus Jam were the stores whose wares were on parade.
