RAFW: Women’s RTW Spring/Summer 2009/2010

With our morning taken up by individual shows, this afternoon kicked off Rosemount Australian Fashion Week/RAFW‘s first group show: Women’s Ready To Wear #1.

With a catwalk showcasing Spring/Summer 2009 offerings from designers as varied as Anaessia, Annah Stretton, Dizingof, Pizzuto, and , Su Design we were none to surprised to find that the offerings were cast, but were sadly disappointed that there were few pieces which we can say truly floored us.

Late one Oxford night Daniel P Dykes set about creating a fashion publication that would go someway to being an arbiter on fashion as it appeals to the emerging power generations: those who don't remember a world without the Internet and for whom work plays second fiddle to pleasure.
