Rachel Bilson in the fringed dress trend

The fringing trend of Spring/Summer 2009 is one we more often see at night than during the day. Rachel Bilson proves it can be done though, heading out in a nude loose-fitting fringed dress, grey tights, and black Christian Louboutin heels.
