Beautiful, sophisticated, minimal. It’s what Stella McCartney does best, and it was on display for Fall 2010. Tailored suits and jackets were relaxed while evening dresses were short and layered with sheer organza; sometimes over lace or fish scale paillettes.
The mostly grey, black and camel colour palette was occasionally interrupted with bright bursts of colour – like fuchsia or burnt orange. All up McCartney’s simplicity is a virtue that works for her particular brand of elegant sophisticated womenswear. More pictures below.
