Street Style: Plaid/Tartan Trend 2009

The plaid and tartan trend was big on the runways for Autumn (Fall)/Winter 2008-2009; and we're already noticing it again on the Autumn (Fall)/Winter 2009-2010 runways, though not nearly as strongly. Today, though, I wanted to draw your attention to the plenty of great and varied examples of the trend on the streets, from London to Denmark to Milan, Paris, and New York.

There aren't too many alpha-females out there and, though she might deny it, Tania Braukamper certainly exudes their qualities.
