Colourful cocktail dresses and funky tees sailed down the runway, the show pausing occasionally to entice bids from the audience. The money raised from the auctioned goods went to ASK – Australians Supporting Kids – and their effort to combat child poverty in Brazil.

The May 9 charity event was a success, with the parade being a highlight of the night. Fashionisers Anna Campbell, Nick Taplin and Sharday were among those that sent their designs down the runway – accessorised with funky pieces by Hayley Mei. Models including Shivani, Esh, Shelly, Ezabella, Lauren Ashlea and Vlatka paraded the designs without a hitch. Congratulations to all the Fashionising members involved, for doing a great job and supporting a great cause.

Thanks also to Joseph Sirucka, our photographer of the night.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
