At a glance, you might mistake Hailey Clauson for a young Claudia Schiffer. There’s that classic hair; the emphasis on nipped in waists and accentuated curves; the lips that pop with a rich flame red. But this is not a return of the ’90s supermodel, but a inkling of the classic glamour revivalism that underlies so much of fall 2011 fashion. There’s an inherent sweetness to the use of polkadots that’s juxtaposed against the hourglass shapes and body conscious cuts; and while there’s nothing revolutionary in the styling, it’s effective none the less. A strong reminder of why classic looks like these never really go out of date.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
