You can always trust Tania to be the first to spot emerging fashion trends, a few months ago she told us that a major 2010 fashion trend would be capes, capelets and cloaks. There were doubters at first, though now it looks as if they’re popping up all over the place. The latest celebrity we’ve spotted wearing a cape-like jacket is the lovely Natalie Portman while attending the what must be the rather chilly Toronto Film Festival.
