Nick loves shoes. So much so that, if rumour is correct, he’ll soon be making them his life’s work – much to the benefit of Melbourne’s male population. But more on that later; for now we’re reminiscing back to Sunday’s Melbourne tweed ride, at which Nick was one of the willing and sartorially splendid participants.

Nick’s shirt is bespoke and he had his pants and vest specially made by his tailor in Hong Kong. His tie is by Ralph Lauren; shoes by Crockett and Jones; hat by Melbourne’s Smart Alec hatters; and, of course, his tweed jacket is authentically vintage.

You can see the full outfit after the break.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
