Vintage secretary fetish: weekend watch

Caroline Newell brings an interesting styling mix to this shoot for Fat Magazine starring Aymeline Valade. On the one hand it plays distinctly to the current obsession with the 1950s: secretarial cat eye glasses, high waisted skirts, rain bonnets and full-cupped bras feature seamlessly alongside the other major theme of fetishism.

Strict yet sensual, Emma Summerton photographed the editorial which you can also view a video of after the break.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals.
