We heart Madame Marie

Marie Hatzis’ label Hussy has achieved international status and acclaim. Not content with getting her name into the BRW Top 50 Women Entrepreneurs list for this achievement, Marie has now gone on to create a second fashion label; Madame Marie.

Madame Marie gave a true feeling of Spring at Rosemount Australia Fashion Week earlier this month – with champagne doily-embellished shirt dresses, water-marked printed floor length gowns and a one shouldered bell dress just some of the pieces taking to the runway.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals.
