The culmination of light, colour, texture and poise turns this shoot – titled Isabeau D’anjou Larmes De Anguillon into a mystical and ethereal scene reflective of a sexuality, style, passion, presence, form and formation. With each portrait there is a specific framing around the model within her setting. Photographer, Andrea Micelo Rovito (assisted by Dario Catena) creates something astoundingly beautiful and graciously detailed, to have a final product that pleases both the eyes and personal taste.
Styling by Chiara Caputo (assisted by Lorena De Luca) has a significant Grecian feel to it, as is reflective in the ancient looking stone walls and weather deepened wooden doors in the environment surrounding the model, Veronica Pecoraro. Each ensemble is long and flowing, reminiscent of an ancient world goddess. Pecoraro has that dark and enigmatic look that draws one in and transcends you to an ageless youth.
The shoot plays in reference to a time old story of a beautiful woman and her captain lover who have been damned by a demonic curse for a life of separation; the lovers sink into a dismal fairytale existence where by day she turns into a hawk and by night he into a wolf. The hawk imagery is reflected in both Veronica Pecoraro’s ruched material attire and the regal presence she brings to each moment.
Miceli Rovito creates a scene that makes you long for such a fragile and tender filled existence, the amalgamation of beautiful clothing, a beautiful location and the most gorgeous appearance of Pecoraro are an overwhelming scene of something magnificent.
