Stylist, Giarne Wedes combines each outfit with simple but ornate accessories, and creates colour variation of perfect compliments. The overall impact and impression of the shoot is striking, and somewhat disarming, as though you have stumbled upon a something quite special, hidden away from the reach of normal eyes.

Hair and make-up (done by Nicola Johnson) is equally as soft, creating flattery across all of model Alice’s features – from her voluptuous lips to the smoky dark eye shadow encircling her sea green eyes. All make-up was done using Dermalogica, MAC and Kevin Murphy products.

Born into the humble town of Franschhoek, South Africa it was little wonder that Chevaun Roux would find her flavour in life through good food, good wine and stylish apparel. After completing a Bacherlors Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics the world of freelance writing became the first choice in occupation, with no regrets and having never looked back. With a zest for anything with colour, vibrance and essence she found herself diving further into the world of fashion and design; from thifting vintage wedding dresses to pouring through new and modern jewelry pieces. This self anointed bohemian indentity believes in all the partisan revolutionary ideals of love, beauty and freedom, and when she isn’t writing or editing you can find her at the kitchens helm creating her latest milkshake masterpiece.
