Not your cliche beach shoot: Diana by Aaron Feaver

Photographer Aaron Feaver has an all encompassing approach when it comes to his fashion photography shoots, his undeniable artistic talent manages to create such a scenic and picturesque shoot that you find yourself becoming completely lost in the notions that he puts forth… As if these notions of softness and mystery were real and that they truly could become the reality you live in.

The complexity bought forth in this shoot lives on the edges of beauty and femininity; with a complete air of enigma and elegance Feaver focuses on the most subtle features of the feminine form: eyes, lips, skin.

This is richly contrasted through the androgynous hairstyle, done by Mateo SiFuentes, which is short and teased forward.  Make-up, by Eric Allen, is implemented in the form of slightly smoky, slightly golden eyes and naturally hued lips, adding to the overall enigmatic feel of the shoot.

Diana Georgie is a radiant beauty draped in golden sequins, silver pearls and delicate weaves, giving both the frame and the focus for this exceedingly beautiful shoot.

Born into the humble town of Franschhoek, South Africa it was little wonder that Chevaun Roux would find her flavour in life through good food, good wine and stylish apparel. After completing a Bacherlors Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics the world of freelance writing became the first choice in occupation, with no regrets and having never looked back. With a zest for anything with colour, vibrance and essence she found herself diving further into the world of fashion and design; from thifting vintage wedding dresses to pouring through new and modern jewelry pieces. This self anointed bohemian indentity believes in all the partisan revolutionary ideals of love, beauty and freedom, and when she isn’t writing or editing you can find her at the kitchens helm creating her latest milkshake masterpiece.
