When the beauty is there and the lighting feels so surreal, it’s almost impossible to pay attention to any of the other elements that could easily drag you out of the nostalgic and serene mood recreated by photographer Aaron Feaver in this editorial shot for Cake Magazine. Experiencing life on the road, model Avery Tharp plays charming and nice without letting go of her sex-appeal.
With nothing but a cozy cardigan and a pair of over the knee socks on, Avery evokes comfort and ease right from the first pose. From there on, stylist Chloe Chippendale further explored the sexy-casual theme by adding up sensual lingerie, ripped t-shirts, distresses denim shorts and a beautiful floral print crop top to the alluring picture dipped in faded colors. And everything feels effortless, untamed, almost intimate.

Jenna Tucker (www.jennakristina.com) did an amazing job with the hair and make-up, by keeping things natural and fresh, only to complement the soft and comforting subtext.
