Wedding dresses, the one thing that every woman on the planet cannot help but swoon, smile and sometimes break out in hives over (the latter is an exaggeration). The Karen Willis Holmes 2013 campaign is by far the most fairy-tale evoking collection for next season. The bright whipped cream tulle cascading down into trains of all lengths remind us of those silent movies where costumes, signage and expressions speak volumes.
The delicately woven dresses scream love and all that comes with it; the perfect way to wear white I’d say. Marshmallow white constructed into v-neck, bustier and cap-sleeved styles, with added ruffles, diamantes and lace complete each piece. Natalia, the model looks serene and at peace, her expression is content and happy, however, wouldn’t you look this meditative if you were wearing a piece out of an angel’s wardrobe?
