If you ever thought there’s such a thing as a limit to the amount of imagination gracing the beautiful collaboration between photographer Luca Meneghel, and illustrator Norma Nardi, you’ll be pleased to learn that there’s no apparent ending in sight for what is their marvellous and unique storytelling. Borrowing the name of the Greek nymph Calypso, the latest editorial is a fragile work of art, a subtle treat both for the eyes and the soul, echoing the duo’s creative power.
As breathtakingly beautiful as it is uncomplicated, picturing a graceful Sabrina Delazer posing ethereally behind a sheer curtain, the photo shoot sees delicate splashes of ink morph into diaphanous dresses, some floor sweeping, others cascading gently down the shoulders, all dreamlike, all made of magic.
