The nickname of “The Land Down Under” has a connotation of eternal sunshine, big smiles, pristine beaches and beautiful cloudless skies. Mark Sullivan-Bradley’s shoot of that title, The Land Down Under, hones in on all of those things, and yet, it does so in the absence of colour. Sullivan-Bradley’s black and white images manage to capture the spirit of Australian summer thanks to the gorgeous freckled skin and beachy blonde hair of model Lilly Rathie, the styling of sexy yet functional swimwear by Natalya Khomenko, and the obviously glorious seaside settings.
With makeup by Carly Lim and creative direction by Mark Basa & Mitchell Jackson, the shoot appears in the debut issue of ManTalk Magazine. You can see it in fully by clicking on the gallery.
