For fall and winter she was austere, yet undeniable elegant, now it’s time for romance and femininity to define the main character of Simona Semen‘s latest collection. Inspired by David Hamilton’s ethereal photography, the spring / summer 2014 lineup is intensified by a seductive gentleness, having sophisticated lace, elaborate embroideries and overlapping layers of sheerness get lost in an aristocratic fantasy.
A pretty flower shop serving as the perfect backdrop with its subtle industrial interior and hundreds of colorful blossoms, adds further emphasis to this new dawn of femininity, portrayed by Malina Cristisor and photographed by Cristian Floriganta. It’s the warm palette of hues with prominent splashes of navy blue and powerful red, the delicate string of silhouettes, and the subtle playfulness to complete the fantasy.
