Thigh high boots add a dash of sexiness to anything, even a simple chambray dress. Sheer dotted tights helped to add more detail to this simple yet effective look which managed to mix light summer fabric with a heavier scarf and boots.
My memory fails me as to which show I took this photo at (Balmain?) but suffice to say it was somewhere in Paris.
