Behind every flower hides a beautiful story, a tale of uniqueness and color, of liveliness and delicacy. Gathering inspiration from an old floralbook, photographer Tibor Galamb built his vision upon spring’s very essence, recreating a fantasy shoot where the world of fashion gently collides with the best of the botanical universe. Sophie Crooks is the flower amongst flowers, the muse, the vision, the soul.
The illustrated fashion editorial is adventurous, without it being complicated, finding a better half in the equally dauntless styling put together by Jolita Lenktaityte. Exquisite floral prints are effortlessly fused with sheer fabrics, crochet accents and soft beading, while a touch of fur, statement jewelry pieces and Sophie’s embellished eyebrows provide for a bold and unexpected contrast.
Borrowing from the gentleness of the flowers, Carmen Escudero envisioned a light, natural, barely there make-up with the spotlight falling again and again on the sequined eyebrows. Romantic, feminine, yet effervescent, you can witness the entire shoot by Tibor Galamb (tiborgalamb.tumblr.com) by clicking on the thumbnails above.
