It’s a fascinating comparison when you look at a model in a photo shoot and then see her in the real world sans camera. On some occasions models remain the perfect expression of their profession even when they’re ‘off-duty’, but then there’s Caroline Brasch Nielsen, who tears open the pigeonhole.
On Fashionising.com’s street style pages, we’ve often marveled at the model’s relaxed and chilled style. Her personal wardrobe always seems to have a low-key affair with the latest trends. But when it comes to her job, this young lady knows exactly how to mask the girl-next-door image and undergo a drastic transformation. A proof of which is seen in the current issue of Numero.
Shot at a beach house in South of France, every image is dipped in high-end luxury and glamour. Ruby red-soled shoe, gold-plated solid jewellery and a floor-sweeping sheer gown compliment the marble tiles and champagne-hued silk curtains. Sean and Seng have snapped the incontestable wealth that’s sparked with innocence. Whether it’s climbing on a table or playing with dandelions, whatever may be, the girl knows how to entertain herself.
Her confidence makes you want to believe that she might be the independent owner of the mansion, or is waiting for her billionaire French boyfriend to land on the private helipad. However, the aqua blue sea and lush green palm trees seem to be pleasing her on an intangible level. And perhaps basking in European sunshine with perfectly pulled-back hair and blood red lips is more satisfying than a steamy afternoon with a man?
That’s a question for next time when Caroline is spotted on the street.
