Cornelia Tat is strikingly summer

The celebration of high-summer remains the topic over at Harper’s Bazaar Romania, with the August 2012 edition covered with metal cuffs and the liberal styling of a nearly-not-there mesh mini dress.

The Harper’s Bazaar cover features Romanian model Cornelia Tat, a new face to most. Both the cover and the accompanying pictorial, Ray Of Light, were photographed by Alex Galmeanu.
