Evoking the classic period of advertising, a period that has seen poster advertisements for the likes of Bally become expensive collectors’ items, Oscar de la Renta’s new Live In Love scent is being marketed with a composition of an illustration and photo.

So strong is the work of illustrator David Downtown, however, that it’s unlikely that you’ll even notice the superimposed Live In Love bottle.

A short video advert has also been produced to promote the new Oscar de la Renta scent;
