Fashion fiction in dramatic forms

There is one simple fact that everyone should realise about the science of fashion – there are no boundaries too far, no notions too extreme, no lines that cannot be crossed when it comes to the trends and styles that can be created. Photographer Katya Tsyganova and stylist Julia Pyndychuk come together to build a creative and inspiring rendition of everything that fashion can be.

Colourful, brilliant, beguiling, elegant, charismatic. The fashion shoot features a combination of pure fashion genius and the daring to create beyond the realms of the norm. Pyndychuk uses inspiration from the mathematical and geometric shapes of life to create jewel and accessory combinations that capture and stimulate the senses. The stark colouring of red, blue and white give the shoot a continuous theme, while still implying differentiation. Blinding blue lips and blue eyeshadow, stark white eyelashes and fiery red hair matches each apparel item through either colour or form (hair and make-up done by Irina Saptsova).

This collection gives the viewer an understanding of the depths to which fashion can run, although everything may not seem entirely applicable in the comings and goings of life, it gives an inspired and visual representation of the innovation and depth of thought that can go into garments.
