Barbara Palvin, a face in the flowers

It’s fully justifiable that if you’re going to make your cover an extreme closeup of just a model’s face, that model should be Barbara Palvin – so classically beautiful is she. Vince Baráti photographed this cover of Palvin for Fashion Issue, summer 2012, with radiant makeup and framed with flowers – and thankfully not too crowded with text.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals.
