There’s so much about this look that’s going to continue to feel familiar well in autumn / fall 2012: the man style, pleated pants, the neutral colour palette (save for the equally masculine pop of socks) and the studded clutch.
On the clutch it’s worth adding that I see the jury as still being out. There’s not a big demand for a revival of the studded accessory trend, though there was a lot of interest paid in Burberry’s fall 2012 take on the detail. At this stage, if anything, I’d say avoid rounded studs and invest in something that comes to a point.
