Photographer Oliver Sutton creates an elegant and sophisticated fashion shoot using the diverse and creative styles perfectly applicable for a woman of classic and cultured appeal. Each style is not fur dependent but rather pairs perfectly with the softness and femininity of fur, as well as having perfect place for faux fur alternatives.
The placement and lighting of this shoot continues with the etchings of a soft glow and a feminine imprint, showing the fashion and the model in a way that is unobtrusive and gentle to view. It also has a wide range of diversity and applicability in terms of the styles shown and how they can be adapted to any fashion sense.
It is often difficult to input fur into everyday apparel as the association and historical perception is one where it is limited to the bourgeois and opulent in society. The styling in the shoot – featuring beanies, boots, and denim pieces – shows us that this is not clearly not true. Real or faux, fur can work in with plenty of fall 2013’s fashion trends.
