In Frida Giannini’s Pre-Autumn / fall 2012 world tigers and dragonflies live in harmony, and pansies are the ground-cover of choice.
The collection for Gucci skips from bohemian 70s to smartly equestrian, stopping for a khaki-and-tiger-print safari along the way. It’s a lightly eclectic mix of influences that come together in a way that works, and while the more feminine pieces find their accessories dotted with the aforementioned anatomical motifs, much of it is clean and minimal.
