Lips.

Begin by prepping your lips with an exfoliating product that you can easily make at home mixing sugar and olive oil, and follow the process with a generous coat of lip balm.

Use a lip primer to ensure that the lip colour gains extra power; Viktorija recommends the Lip Insurance lip Primer by Too Faced Cosmetics.
After prepping your lips, apply a red lip liner, preferably in the same color as your lipstick to further define the lips; Viktorija used the 24/7 Glide on Lip Pencil in 69 and F-Bomb lipstick, both by Urban Decay.
Fill in the lips with the liner, and then using the lip brush start applying cream textured red lipstick. The lipstick has to have a moist texture so it can act as adhesive for the glitter application.
Take a firm flat shaped make up brush, make it a little wet with your favorite moisturizer, pick up the glitter and tap it in the center of your bottom lip, then continue slowly all over the lip. Viktorija used the Make Up For Ever N7 Red glitter.
To avoid mixing glitter with lipstick, remember to do the tapping motion as opposed to dragging your blush; use scotch tape to pick up any glitter excess from your face.

Eyes.

Using a silver gray eye shadow (Sephora Collection Chrome Metallic color in Taupe Sliver #7) dust it across the eyelids and add a beige color (Sephora N#74 Walking in the sand) in the crease of the eyes to create depth.
Top the look with a very fine milled glitter (Diamond Powder in 4 Bronze from Make Up For Ever).
Add a partial strip of fake lashes in Lure by Urban Decay, for extra drama, or a generous coat of “They are Real” mascara by Benefit, for dark, lush volume as well.

Look 2: Cat Eyeliner

Begin by gently exfoliating the face and applying a coat of lightweight moisturizer to prevent your foundation from sliding off.
Use a shimmery face primer (“That Gal” by Benefit) and a shimmery highlighter on the cheekbones (High Beam by Benefit Cosmetics), to further accentuate the shine.
On the eyelids, use the Golden Diamond Powder by MUFE, over the Easy Baked (bronze shimmery color) eye shadow by Urban Decay.
Shape and fill in the retro style cat eyes using Laura Mercier’s Tightline cake eyeliner.
Keep the lips soft and satiny by exfoliating and moisturizing them, and topping them off with Naked 2 lipstick by Urban Decay.
Fill in the brows with a brow pencil and set them in place using brow gel; Viktorija recommends Tweezerman’s brow gel and brow pencils by Make Up For Ever.

Look 3: Glitter Eyes

Keep the face soft and matte, using bronzer to warm up the perimeters of the face and skip the blush altogether; Viktorija used the Pink Bronze duo by Laura Mercier.
Use a black cream colour sparingly to smoke out the eyes, and rime the waterline with an eye pencil in black; Viktorija used MAC cream color base and Chanel eye pencil, both in black.
Using a firm brush (slightly wet, to pick up glitter), pack on gold glitter (Viktorija used Gold glitter by MUFE) in tapping motion all over the eyelid, over the black cream blush. The contrast between the dark base and the sparkly gold shimmer assures a mysterious look that can be finished off with individual lashes or strip lashes.
Keep the lips soft, but highlight the cupid bow using the High beam highlighter from Benefit. Do this by dipping a thin lip brush and adding highlight onto the V shape above the lips.

Look 4: Fuchsia Glitter Lips and Nails

For the lips, proceed in repeating the steps used in the Red Lips beauty look. As for the products, Viktorija used the Anarchy lipstick and lip liner by URBAN DECAY, topped by loose glitter in Violet by Make Up For Ever.
To recreate the nails, begin by applying a dark rich colour (like Chanel Taboo) all over your nails; for a full impact keep in mind that the look was based on nails featuring an almond shape.
While the nails are still wet, using a small brush, apply loose glitter around
the edges of your nail tips, forming a V shape.
Let the nails dry and then top them off with clear top coat, to make sure the glitter
stays in place.
