Jen Kao: crochet dreams

New York Fashion Week has only just started, and already I’m in love. The first designer to steal my heart – and potentially my purse – is Jen Kao. Kao’s lace and crochet pieces are somewhere between festival chic and A Midsummer Night’s Dream: faery-like in their dreaminess yet with a refined sense of ’70s hippy, and with the most enviable knee-high macrame sandals to match.

I love it and especially that this is not just crochet, mostly macrame and I know how to make it, but I would never thought to make macrame clothes :)
