In the shadow of Katie Holmes’ pending divorce from Tom Cruise, the US edition of Elle magazine has revealed that its August 2012 cover is graced by a banged Katie Holmes. Expect a sell out.

The newsstand cover, which features the same picture of Holmes, also features the intriguing sub-line of “Katie Holmes .. on Tom, Suri, and what she desperately wants”. Given Elle’s feature on Katie Holmes would have been so penned well in advance of her divorce filing, you can be sure that what she ‘desperately wants’ won’t include a divorce or even talk of one.
