When Hemingway dubbed the City of Love a moveable feast he wasn’t exactly talking about literal plates piled high with lobsters, clamshells and french fries (though – if you hit up google – you can find the recipe to his most beloved burger, a literary-slash-culinary legend I’m determined to try some day.) Still, it’s Paris’ openness to ceaseless festivity and indulgence that allows a shoot like this to fit so well within its establishments. Isn’t that part of the reason French women reputedly don’t get fat? Eating for pleasure means there’s no need for cheat days: have a little of what you love, when you want, and you’ll always be satisfied.
That, and their healthy appetite for sex.
Food and sex, two things at which the French do not suppress their appetites for, two things turned into a veritable feast in Pierre Dal Corso‘s latest shoot for Mise en Cage.
If you’re not familiar with Mise en Cage the phrase purveyors of luxury erotica springs to mind, since “lingerie boutique” doesn’t quite cover it. But lingerie is certainly a specialty, in particular the styles that encompass bondage and fetish inspirations to a luxurious degree. Making her way sultrily through several main courses, Dal Corso’s muse this time wears pieces from the likes of Bordelle, Fleet Ilya, and Una Burke, with latex stay-ups to boot.
A fun feast for the eyes as well as the stomach, you can see all of Pierre Dal Corso’s (pierredalcorso.com) shoot for Mise En Cage at the gallery.
