My Dior jewellery: a delicate aesthetic

Luxury fashion brands and houses continually represent more and more facets of fashion. Recently, Dior has expanded upon its jewellery offering with Dior’s Fine Jewellery designer Victoire de Castellane turning her hand to the My Dior collection.

Launching for spring 2012, the current My Dior collection is based on the concept of jewellery as a woven statement piece. Obviously intricate, the finish was achieved by de Castellane using wax castings which can allow for a solid construction counterbalanced by a delicate aesthetic.

The first campaign photos for the My Dior collection have been released with Raquel Zimmermann serving as model. The campaign is the creation of Steven Meisel and Carine Roitfeld. You can see the photos by clicking on the thumbnails above.
