“The power of displaying the vast, illuminating the splendid, enforcing the awful and darkening the gloomy” is what turned John Milton’s “Paradise Lost” into an epic poem that puts forward inspiration to this very day. It might just be its power to astonish that keeps the fascination alive, but whatever new interpretation it is given, you can almost never expect less than the extraordinary from it.
Photographer Luca Meneghel explored the relationship of mutual dependence and gave temptation a whole new meaning in an editorial veiled in the mystical atmosphere that takes you back ages. Dipped in subtlety and evoking the realm beyond the light through the ideal setting found in the old and fascinating city of Milan, the story is further enhanced by the innocent beauty of models Annija Tropa and Kristin Animagi.
Stylist Chiara Magdalena Russo accented the dreamy feel of the photo shoot with ethereal dresses featuring delicate embellishments, captivating prints, lace inserts and luxurious jewelry pieces that stood for the ultra-feminine quality of the editorial.
