Big blue eyes betraying an inborn innocence, paired to an attitude that seems to contradict every single aspect of her apparent demureness: part angelic, part trouble, Hanna Bogdan brings Lolita to mind in the playful editorial photographed by Aaron Feaver. Building the sense of forbiddance upon her youthful spirit and untamed mindset, the shoot pushes forward a neverending game of hide and seek.
Bathing in the soft light, covered in nothing but sheer layers of light fabrics and dainty pieces of lingerie, sporting oversized bows and plum lips, Hanna seems to build her charm upon the sum of conflicts defining her flaming persona. The faded colors, the warm surroundings and the retro styling put together by Krissie Torgerson feel like an open invitation to get lost in an off-limits fantasy land.
Featuring gorgeous make-up by Maddie North and a string of 1960s inspired hair-styles created by Sylvia Wheeler, the result doesn’t get more bewitching than that.
