If clothes could whisper, what would they say? Would they talk about pleasure and happiness? Would they be blunt or deceptive, turn words into magic, or empty them of all meaning? We may never find out that much, but we do know of at least one designer who seems to always find the right voice to gift her garments with. Jessica Choay‘s effortless take on femininity is never hollow, her fragile dresses being constantly imagined as a statement, and for spring / summer 2014 they speak fearlessly about the art of revenge.

Envisioned as a personal homage to the art of tango, Jessica Choay’s collection couldn’t have come across being more sensual, mysterious and fierce than it already is, beautified with gentle movement and made complete by a gorgeous array of delicate silks. Pictured dressing up Judith Van Den Hoek’s superb illustrations, the ethereal garments make for a breathtaking campaign, interpreting a wide range of complex emotions by way of striking simplicity.
