Sophie Vlaming dons Dolce & Gabbana for Vogue

The baroque fashion trend revival is certain to dominate fall 2012′s fashion we well as its magazine covers. And one fashion house is going to bask in it all, courtesy of a perfectly time and wholly influential collection: Dolce & Gabbana.

Landing yet another August 2012 cover, Dolce & Gabbana have this time kitted model Sophie Vlaming out in a black embroidered number for the cover of Vogue Hellas‘ forthcoming edition. The cover was photographed by Dimitris Skoulos, who also lensed the accompanying pictorial. The preview dispenses with the baroque, but the wet hairstyle holds as firm as it does amongst 2012′s key hairstyles.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
