The dress is in a very cute shade of purple: not too loud yet not too light. Its in a very modern color with a modern variation of the ruffle. Paired with a jacket with some structure, the outfit avoided looking too teenybopper. The true star of this outfit? The ankle boots! These booties add much needed funk to this ensemble, even adding some western flair with the tassel. Who would’ve thought that sweet and sophisticated can go so well together?
