The more we get accustomed to the constant evolution of photography, deluded by perfection and deceived by eye-catching garments, and spectacular pieces of jewelry, the more we learn to appreciate the simplicity that lies in the raw kind of beauty, the serenity of an intimate portrait and the small imperfections turning old pictures into treasured memories. Click the thumbnails for full pictures: Choosing to set up his editorial in a secluded space, Aaron Feaver does more than simply capture a series of portraits. He secures moments in time, building his art upon a complex string of emotions and upon the familiarity of a private atmosphere, where nudity reaches first for the soul, and only after for the eyes. Marissa Peden helped build the private moments with delicate pieces of lingerie signed by Marika Vera and subtle criss cross bralets created by Zinke.
