Time to go poshing

We love a portmanteau here at Fashionising.com (in case you didn’t notice) and while it may not quite be a functioning one, “poshing” makes for a good title of this shoot. Photographer Pawel Grabowski calls it a mix of posh and shopping: the kind a superstar might do with their misused personal assistant in tow.

Here model Klaudia Kozik plays the posh shopper, Sebastian Ciesielski the one to carry her bags and do her bidding. Attitude flows freely in Kozik’s demeanour, as well as in Joanna Bojanek’s edgy styling.

Aided by Tymoteusz Pieta’s hairstying and Michal Sadowski’s makeup, both models are able to transform easily into their characters, one terrorising the racks of boutiques in her “poshing” trip, the other left to pick up the pieces.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
