There are lingerie shoots that play to the boudoir side of the equation, and then there are those that capture a different kind of intimacy. The latter are often set in solitude, portraits of beauty that require no-one else’s approval or presence, just the comfort and confidence of being in one’s own skin.
This shoot by Josie Withers (josiewithersphotography.com) is one of that variety. Model Kaye Waterhouse wears a range of beautiful lingerie pieces from My Lingerie Addiction, styled by Labrini Kianidis. With simple bed hair and natural makeup by Zoe Karlis she’s not looking to be glamorous for anyone else’s eyes, she’s simply revelling in the sunlight that filters through the blinds, behind the privacy of closed doors.
