Knickers over stockings? Vogue Netherlands says yes.

What looks to be a pair of underwear worn over stockings is a slightly questionable styling choice, but the embroidered jacket and bed hair on the cover of Vogue Netherlands’ September issue make for a romantically bohemian look.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person.
