Knowing full well that photoshopping isn't an option at a photo call, model-come-actress Liz Hurley remains fully clothed at the launch of "Elizabeth Hurley for MNG" collection in Munich.
It wasn't the same story for the Spring / Summer 2008 advertisements, with Hurley donning her own designs for the occasion.

It's nice to see the bigger fashion houses turning away from using stars in their campaigns even if it is to the super models of the last decade. Now Linda Evangelista has been given the tap, and will be the face of Prada's Fall(Autumn)-Winter 2008/2009 campaign. The campaign will be shot by Steven Miesel, quite exciting if you consider the last time they worked together the result was the 'Makeover Maddness' issue of Vogue Italia.

A little while ago we wrote about Patrick Dempsey becoming the new face for Versace in '08 as shot by Mario Testino. The first shots from the campaign are just hitting magazines such as GQ, and I'm still not convinced that Patrick was the best choice.

Not so long ago we told you that Drew Barrymore would be the first celebrity to face Gucci Jewels and brought you the first photo from the campaign. Today we've got our hands on more sexy shots from campaign, all lensed by the Dutch duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.

We've only seen one of the print adverts celebrating Roberto Cavalli's collection for H&M, but we're not using the term celebrate lightly. Lensed by photographer Terry Richardson, the adverts highlight a party theme that H&M are keen for us to get into the mood of.

It's not a pretty sight to behold, but Nolita hope it will sell their clothes. 23 year old anorexic Isabelle Caro posed for the label's latest campaign, which aims to both shock and make a statement. That statement: assumedly, Nolita don't support anorexic models.
Controversy has already erupted over the campaign, which was shot by Oliviero Toscani, with some saying it's too crass, and others claiming it will spark a weight-loss competition amongst anorexia sufferers.

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) aren't highly regarded in the fashion industry. After a bevy of crazy stunts, where they've stormed catwalks and made immature nuisances of themselves, it has very much become a case of 'us and them'. So when their latest campaign hit the Internet most people in the industry sighed a collective breath of relief. There were no crazy stunts to be seen, not even a crazy protester (well past her prime) flashing her privates. No, all we were hit with was a very naked Alicia Silverstone.

Who would have thought it - a dress made entirely of water. It may not be the most practical of attire, but practicality never really stops Gisele now does it?
She stripped off in a campaign for her new Ipanema line of sandals, to be covered up only by a dress made of water (photoshopped in of course - if only such a dress existed.)

We recently looked at one of the coolest campaigns to hit the Internet from a fashion house, Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle. If you still haven't had a chance to drop by the website and watch the film and behind-the-scenes footage, a much poorer quality version of the film starring Keira Knightley has now hit YouTube.

Seldom does a product come along whose launch simply makes you go 'wow'. Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle launch is, however, one such instance.

It's hard to explain exactly how much effort Chanel have gone to in order to bring the Keira Knightley fronted product to life, but it is all personified in the new website www.coco-mademoiselle.com. Pay it a visit and witness a perfume come to life, and not just thanks to a very elegant short film starring Knightley with additional music from Joss Stone. Rather, it's the extra details which really are key.
