We've seen many instances of the women's military fashion trend on the streets; and while good men's military looks are to die for, they're seemingly not as frequently spotted. This London street style shot shows just how effective a good military piece can be, the young male model's otherwise unexciting ensemble of black skinny jeans and a grey tee completely transformed by a navy military coat with gold buttons.

When Melbourne Central transformed a small corner of its shopping centre space from walkway to pumping street party, the usual fashion crowd were not in attendance. Instead long-haired skater boys and champion surfers downed free beers and Grilled mini burgers, while the female segment of the crowd chatted casually and tapped their feet to the DJ's tunes. The event was the opening of the Vans Australian flagship store; the star guest was VJ Ruby Rose.

From New York comes another subtle take on the lingerie as outerwear trend - where an exposed black lace bra makes for a great look on model Katie Fogarty.

I have to confess that I belive Kate Moss has been slipping of late. At the time of Fashionising.com's inception Kate Moss was the trend setter, now she seems content to simply keep up with trends. And it isn't always pretty when she does, particularly if her recent outing in a sheer dress at Paris Fashion Week is anything to go by. But while that look didn't come close to the sartorial brilliance that everyone should strive for, her outfit for the Miu Miu Spring 2010 showing can't be faulted. Perfectly inline with the Fall 2009 leather fashion trend, it proves that Kate Moss still has the ability to epitomise rock chic.

She credited Tom Ford with pushing her to adopt her trademark dark-eye make-up, but it was for her lace up over the knee boots that Carine Roitfeld caught our eye.

Having spotted model Miranda Kerr on the Paris Fashion Week catwalk, so too must we see her on the city's streets. And when we do, she's wearing the recently featured boyfriend blazer trend.

Marrying not two but three major 2010 fashion trends comes this fantastic street style look from Paris Fashion Week. The trends in question are of course the leather clothing trend; the trend towards big shoulders; and none other than the cape trend.

Attending the Vivienne Westwood Spring 2010 catwalk at Paris Fashion Week, Rihanna was on top of another big 2010 fashion trend: over the knee boots.

Over the knee boots made more than one appearance at Milan Fashion Week. TrendyCrew spotted this look, with the boots scrunched down, outside the Gucci Spring 2010 catwalk.

Over the weekend, Melbourne's Birrarung Marr played host to Parklife; a music festival that brought acts like The Rapture, Crystal Castles, and Little Boots to the stage. A crowd of 17,000 revelers packed out the expanse of grass while the rain held off for long enough to protect their vintage suede boots and avert a Glastonbury-like mud fest. Jamie Wdziekonski was there to capture some street style shots of the crowd.
