Many will be shocked to spy stunted little mid heels only marginally higher than kitten heels in Alexander Wang‘s pre-fall 2011 accessories collection; and even more shocked to find that they actually look pretty good. But while mid heels are still battling for a comeback designers aren’t leaving you short of options. Wang gives us a sweet selection of tall, slender stilettos too, to keep the high heel fetishists at bay. But all types of heels aside, he’s reserved his biggest injection of cool-factor for a flat shoe option: a cutaway masculine flat that will no doubt become a must-have of the pre-fall season for any nonchalant dresser.
Other highlights in the collection are handbags in hues like teal and mustard, given an industrial touch with crisp metal corners.
