The system I am putting together is based upon the principles of cultural democracy and this means that an online community user of each city I am covering has an opportunity to state whats best in their own sociocultural environment and providing as a result an Internet welcome mat to those who are interested in visiting their community. These means you and the friends and business associates has a real opportunity in becoming community advocates.

Secondly, all this comes from a greater market need to assist students /scholars, and budget travelers, especially young developing familites to choose which destination city, rising fuel costs included, in which they wish to visit as well as go shopping. There by creating a vehicle for International InterCultural Communications - which is within itself is the workings conflict preventioning.
